I would like to write a few words about the staff at the clinic.. Been there several times. me and my husband. At intervals of a couple of years. It seems that since the last visit, which was several years ago, the arrogant service of the staff has not changed. (The visit was in October) A few years ago, there was a girl at the reception with a rather high ambition. She answered questions very arrogantly. She is GOD and you are NOBODY. (I couldn’t find the exact house number and called to find out which way to go. There was an answer in a raised tone with dissatisfaction (like I’m stupid, I can’t figure out where to go) and hung up. Thank God I was not completely stupid and was almost there, I figured it out ) The same applies to some of the nurses who also managed to shout - he’s in trouble! nitam is up! Okay, come in already! Zero politeness and respect for patients. The procedures and visits were paid and not cheap. But that's not the point. Dear receptionists and other service personnel, please treat patients politely and respectfully.
