My assessment is based on 1 visit, so I cannot comment on possible help in the future at this point. What worked:
1. customer service 5+ or even 6, even though there was only one lady at the registration desk, she dealt with everything perfectly. Very good e-mail, telephone and personal contact. The lady even calls you back if you miss a call! Our respect.
2. The organization of the facility, the clinic is really neat inside, there were practically no people when we were there, we only pass by a maximum of patients before and after our own visit.
3. Very good contact with the doctor, a lot of specifics and professionalism, the visit time is long enough.
4. Parking available, you just need to inform security which company you are going to. Convenient for people in wheelchairs, on crutches, etc. Every ground floor has no stairs, thresholds or obstacles.
One small minus - it's a building and, on top of that, the ground floor of an office building in the large Horizon office complex, it's not easy to find which building it is from the parking lot because there are a lot of entrances and each one is called Horizon. To sum up, the overall rating is 5.
