On September 24, I had an appointment with Dr. Daria Charytonowicz. After 5 months of waiting and arriving in Warsaw, I found out that my visit was canceled because the doctor was on vacation. While holidays are a normal thing, no one bothered to inform me about the cancellation. Of course, the lady at the reception claimed that they tried to call me even on the day of the visit (which would be quite an abuse if it happened), but my call history contradicts this. I checked the stories a few days back and no one tried to contact me. Moreover, the visit was planned through a well-known doctor's website and the day before departure I completed a health questionnaire, so the clinic should have been informed about this update. Also on the day of the consultation, I clicked to confirm the appointment and even that didn't make the people managing the calendar think twice. To summarize, I waited 5 months for an appointment, wasted a whole day and spent money on an unnecessary trip for absolutely nothing. The reception shrugs when they argue that if there is no telephone contact (if there is any), you can always write a text message, e-mail or message via the portal. I have visited many places of this type, but I have never encountered such a scandalous situation, lack of competence and problem solving. Direct contact with the clinic is extremely different from what they are trying to advertise as a brand. If such problems already occur at the calendar management level, how can a patient trust the clinic enough to use their medical services?

A doctor with extraordinary empathy, commitment and individual approach to the patient. It was an extraordinary pleasure to be under the doctor's care. I highly recommend it to everyone.
